Howard Hanna

I can't say enough good things about Kim. She is truly great at her job. I had never had to sell a home before this one. It was due to the death of my sister. She kept me informed on everything. She told me what I needed to do . If I ever have to sell another home I will definitely call Kim.

Cindy is the best realtor . She truly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her for selling a house. It was a pleasure to have her as my realtor. Always keep me informed and always had a positive attitude.

We truly appreciate the dedication with which Cindy handled the sale of our property. Ours was a unique property and it was an estate that required some extra patience and persistance. Cindy was there for us throughout each step of the process to help with decisions and to encourage us through frustrating circumstances. We appreciate her professionalism and friendly approach to home sales. I highly recommend Cindy for all of your property sales needs!

Kim was always available when I called. She is easy to get along with. She is very knowledgeable in her profession, always polite and respectful. She tries very hard to sell the property, giving great suggestions to seller how to make the place more attractive to the buyer. I would highly recommend her as a sales representative.

Had the pleasure working with Kim to find my home. She went above and beyond in order to assist me in my home search. Kim was knowledgeable, approachable, trustworthy, and a joy to work with! I was worried I would have to settle for a home that didnt meet all of my expectations given the time line I had, but Kim made sure to find the perfect fit for me! Even after my closing, she was more than willing to help answer questions regarding my home warranty! Could not recommend Kim more enough to anyone looking to buy or sell.
