Once under contract he was very helpful in explaining the process in detail and what I was responsible and then things he would take care of for me. He got me into the home I wanted at a price I was super comfortable with.

I live in South Florida, and Joey acted as our Buyer's agent for the purchase of some property in Brevard, NC. I couldn't have been more impressed and pleased with the work that Joey did. Very knowledgeable on the neighborhood and area, went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me arrange Survey's, permits, etc(this is all extremely helpful since I was not local). Billy Harris is the best realtor I've ever worked with and in the last thirty years I've worked with a number of them. Billy is a thoughtful guy who really listens to the customers goals, is always willing to answer questions and is never pushy. He never tried to "sell" us anything but provided a valuable sounding board while we looked at properties. Once we were ready to make an offer he was a huge help in the negotiating process, not just the price of the home but things like the results of the inspection as well. He also lined up our lawyer, surveyor and home inspector all of whom did a great job. A true professional.
