Howard Hanna

Joe & Deb Sullivan are the best realtors on every level. In selling, they have provided excellent quality photos of our home for on-line & color print, scheduled showings efficiently, provided thorough information for all agents & potential buyers regarding all the details of our home. In short, they quickly cared to know our home like their own. This leads me to buying. They listened to all of our needs & concerns regarding purchasing a new home. They were fast to narrow it down to exactly what we would like, though we never felt we missed anything out there. They are knowledgeable about a vast area in upstate NY & were always available to answer our many questions. Thus, we know they have done the same for others looking for our type of home. These are your dream realtors! Valuing the time for the potential buyer & the seller, & making it all a fantastic experience. I can not recommend them enough!
