Howard Hanna

It was great working with Shane. He found me the house I was looking for and we got a great deal on it, about $35,000 under asking price. If any questions came up he was there to answer them and deal with it. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house. It was a good process especially for my first home.

Shane was excellent to work with! Very organized, respectful, great communication skills, always went above & beyond for usaEUR| would even drop everything to go look at a house that we were interested in looking at last minute! We couldnt have found our forever home without him & we are glad we were able to experience this with him & even made a friend in the end of all of this!

Shane was awesome!! Worked with us every step of the way!! Always available and ready to help and answer any questions we had. He really made us feel as he was apart of our buying process. Would recommend him to anyone.

Hes great! Always will text back no matter the time of day if you have questions and is very helpful! Very Negotiable with other people! Does anything in his power to make sure you get the home you want!

We couldnt recommend Caleb and Abby Fell enough! They made the process of buying and selling our home as smooth and stress-free as possible. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and always had our best interests in mind. Were so grateful for their hard work and dedication in helping our family find our next home!
