Howard Hanna, 102 Van Rensselaer Square, Suite L, Rensselaer, NY 12144

Janet is a wonderful realtor! We were first time homebuyers and very indecisive about what we wanted. Janet made is very comfortable, explained the ins and outs of each house we looked at, and each step of the process. In fact, shes remained in contact with us throughout our first year as homeowners. We recommend Janet without any reservation.

Fully recommend Janet Glaude (Howard Hannah) for Real Estate needs. Janet helped us through a complicated process. She stepped up to take care of loose ends left by other parties, and she demonstrated that she puts her client's best interest first above all else. Very thankful we had Janet on our side.

So grateful to have found Janet! My Husband and I had two previous Realtors that didnt work out. Janet was by far the best Realtor out there!! She is compassionate, knowledgeable and has continued to assist us well past our closing. We can not thank her enough for all she has done to help us live our dreams of becoming home owners. She was there through the ups and the downs. She answered the phone every time I called and was immediate with a solution to any situation we came across. She also helped us get ahead of anything that would hold up the process. Something about her made me trust a complete stranger and she turned out to be our Fairy Godmother. Although, she could not keep everything perfect she sure made it feel that way. Janet thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you have done!!! Sincerely, Elias & Dawn Alvarez

Janet is the most honest, professional, and down to earth person we could have asked for. This was my first home buying experience and my husbands? second. After years of hearing horror stories of home buying experiences from coworkers, family and friends, I braced myself for the worst. We still can?t get over how easy the home buying process was working with Janet. She is a serious realtor and everything she said she would do, SHE DID! Of course there were some bumps in the road but Janet was nearly available 24/7. She was with us every step of the way and we knew she was there for us no matter what! Highly recommend!!!! Thank you!
