Houses & More Real Estate

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Guided through each step of the process and in the rare cases when she didn't know something, she found the answer for us very quickly. Proactive suggestions were appreciated.

Kari Moreno was such a pleasure to work with. We were out of the country during much of the negotiations with our home's buyer. Kari went above and beyond helping us to make the sale possible by contacting contractors, letting them into our home, and overseeing everything, making sure all was done that needed to be done. We cannot say enough good things about Kari.

Thank you, Kari Kurilko Moreno for your hard work in getting mom's house sold so quickly. Even with five siblings as the sellers, you were always available to answer all of our questions and in coordinating signing of all the documents. You were always professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Kari Kurilko Moreno to anyone buying or selling a home!

Kari was able to help me navigate the buying process across state lines, and made everything way easier than I expected. She had answers to all of my questions and was able to recommend qualified and honest local pros to carry out the inspections. She recommended a property I had previously overlooked, ultimately the one I bought, and I couldn't be happier with it. She even helped me to negotiate and lower the offer which saved a few thousand dollars - can't beat that! I would definitely recommend Kari, she'll do a great job helping you find your next home.

Jessica was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She sold my house very quickly. I will recommend her to all my friends and family in the area! Thanks Jessica!
