House to Home Realty LLC

As first time sellers, we were very nervous with the process, but Jessica made everything a breeze! She was available anytime to answer questions we had and made sure we understood all our options. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Jessica was an incredible agent to work with right from the start. We were buying from out of town and once we had our initial call to discuss preferences, she set up an easy to use portal to view our options, she provided walk through videos of houses we were interested in, plus local shopping center info near the homes. When we flew in, she made our experience seamless and helped us see 9+ homes in one day without us having to worry about anything. Once we found our dream home, she helped guide us through the whole process, truly represented us and our needs, was flexible with our schedule and ensured that we came out as happy customers. I would 100% recommend her to anyone searching for a home in the area. We loved working with Jessica!!

What a tremendous experience!! My wife and I were so elated to work with a realtor who was very professional and extremely courteous! Jessica, from first speaking with her immediately made our desires and concerns primary. She went above and beyond in helping us to find our "Forever Home". Readily available to answer any and all questions that we had, no matter the time, day or night. We are very pleased with how everything went. I am first time homebuyer, and the process for me was quite complex, Jessica, worked me and put my fears to rest! Outstanding Realtor, who definitely works very hard to get her clients the very best working within the parameters of their financial profile. Highly Recommended!!!!

Jessica is a miracle worker. I had no less than 10 realtors/investors/brokers look at my house for several months and they all gave me offers and suggestions that I was not comfortable with. Jessica came over and told me with very minimal cost for "fixes", she could get the house sold quickly. She was clear and concise about her estimate of proceeds when it sold. I was doubtful from all the previous info I'd gotten, but I had nothing to lose. She listed it, took care of all work and inspections. Let me tell you, I had an offer the next day and two more competing offers within two days. My house was under contract three days after she put it on the market. I would have been thrilled with the listing price, but Jessica got me $25,000 over asking. The home sold and closing was quick. If you need to sell a home, she is the best possible choice. You will not regret it.

I had an overall amazing experience with Jessica. I met her through a co worker. She stayed in touch with me the whole time I was deployed, and we hit the ground running as soon as I get back. Found a house 18Jan, closed on 7Feb. I'm a first time homebuyer, and she made the process as smooth as can be. She was knowledgeable, professional, and funny lol. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone looking to buy/sell!!!
