Words cannot express my gratitude towards Joanne Shapse for her perseverance in getting me the house of my dreams. From our first meeting, my first impression was that this was the woman who was going to help me get my house. I had no idea what a bumpy road it was going to be but we all head on. To help me find the house of my dreams, we looked at many, but it wasn't until one COLD and SNOWY Saturday morning that we found it. Yes, Joanne drove out in a snow storm to look at this house with us. Equipped with a very warm coat, and 4WD truck, she made it happen! But that wasn't even the start of it. From the bidding, to the closing she was there for us. Now, this was a short sale, and for those of you who do not know what that is, it is a painfully long, emotional and gut wrenching process, and Joanne was my right hand, partner in crime, through it all. (5 months from the bidding to closing). She was a main asset to this process, always staying on top of the attorneys, and in contact with myself and my husband, we never felt alone. I would laugh with her, while I felt like crying! I would HIGHLY recommend Joanne Shapse to anyone. She is personal, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in this field. Her expertise is overwhelmingly apparent.
