Liz was fantastic at helping us locate properties that met our needs, and quick to answer questions and arrange things on our behalf (inspections, etc). She provided us with referrals to an excellent team she works with for both the mortgage and buyers attorney, which was very helpful.

There isnt a doubt in my mind the Liz is the best realtor you could work with! She goes above and beyond, all with the patience of a saint at every turn. I never once felt rushed or pressured, we toured home after home, and honestly we never wanted it to end just so we can spend more time with Liz. She was open and honest about every home, and willing to put in the work to answer all your questions, which she usually had an answer for already. We had a large scope of area, covering most of westchester and Putnam valley, and even in the middle of nowhere after looking at a home Liz would tell us places just nearby we could get lunch or some activity. She knows everything everywhere! Whenever we had questions about anything she was always a text or call away at all times. Also any services you might need along the home buying journey, she knows someone that could help. She recommended our amazing attorney and inspectors when we didnt have one in mind! Liz not only found my dream home, but she made it happen against all odds in an insane market. At closing my heart broke just because there was a chance we would never see each other again, even though she makes it clear if there anything we ever need even after closing, she will be there for us. If we ever sell or buy again, Liz is the only one I would ever work with.

She did a great job advising us as first time homebuyers. She gave us great advice to place a competitive offer, helped us negotiate with the seller and was very supportive in checking in with us often throughout the process.

Elizabeth did a phenomenal job with helping me sell my home and navigate the process. Her expertise AND kindness took so much stress away. She was so creative in her advertisements for the home. Thank you Liz!

Liz was phenomenal to work with selling my property. Even with a bad tenant situation she gave me amazing advice on how to handle the tenants who were making showings a nightmare. Liz made this whole process a flawless transition and I would use her services whenever looking to purchase sell a property in the future.
