Lisa is so helpful and responsive, a head above anyone else we have worked with, very knowledgeable and willing to find exactly what we are looking for.

Lisa is extremely knowledgable and gave valuable guidance about how to best prepare our home for sale and the optimal timing to go to market. She is a true local expert and her love of the Hastings community makes her a great partner. We had multiple bidders and the sale price for our home exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Sherry did an excellent job staging my house and marketing it. We had One open house and during that open house we had mutliple offers, resulting in a quick sale, thanks to Sherry expertise. I highly recommend.

Lisa helped us prepare and list our home with exceptional local awareness. She identified issues that we never anticipated and fixed them before they became obstacles. She helped us stage beautifully and walked us through the entire process which helped us to feel calm and confident. Very grateful we found Lisa!!

Lisa is a pleasure to work with. I have bought and sold several houses with her. She is a professional and understands what needs to be done to sell and to buy. She understands the trends and does advise accordingly She takes the time to know what I'm looking for before we start or what needs to be done on the house in order to sell it. She makes a very nerve-racking event, calm, and pleasurable I totally recommend her
