Elizabeth did a phenomenal job with helping me sell my home and navigate the process. Her expertise AND kindness took so much stress away. She was so creative in her advertisements for the home. Thank you Liz!

She did a great job advising us as first time homebuyers. She gave us great advice to place a competitive offer, helped us negotiate with the seller and was very supportive in checking in with us often throughout the process.

We were extremely particular about selecting whom we would work with. After meeting with Liz number of times (anhe has the patience of a saint) and reviewing the material she prepared in advance of a contract with her, there was no question that we wanted her to help us sell our house. She was truly invested in the process, always there for us, levelheaded, and spot on with her suggestions and advice. What can I say, once in a while you get a diamond and this was one of those cases. Thank you Liz!

Liz helped me with selling my house. She staged my house so beautifully and found a suitable buyer in 3 days with 7k more than asking price. She has been there along the way until closing... It was clear to me that she is born to be a super duper sales person and she was the most incredible realtor I have ever met.

Liz was phenomenal to work with selling my property. Even with a bad tenant situation she gave me amazing advice on how to handle the tenants who were making showings a nightmare. Liz made this whole process a flawless transition and I would use her services whenever looking to purchase sell a property in the future.
