My husband and I owned homes for over 38 years, rented a townhouse for 2 1/2 years, and then decided to buy a condo in the Pawling, NY, area. While that may sound simple, it wasnt - and we needed professional guidance to pick the right home and location. I appreciated Regans patience as we went through more than 50 listings. But the one thing I knew is that when I called Regan to ask for a showing, she never tried to dissuade me, showed me all with open-mindedness, and gave advice only when asked.
