ZillowVERIFIEDRegan knows the market cold, and she knows what her clients are looking for. She has a knack for making the right match. She is honest and direct about what she thinks of a given property. And she is very skilled at closing deals--an often under-appreciated aspect of an agents job. I could not recommend her more highly!
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan was extremely helpful throughout the selling process and we got a closed deal! It was a complicated sale due to multiple transactions in the chain but Regan kept on top of the buyers agent and we were successful in the end.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I owned homes for over 38 years, rented a townhouse for 2 1/2 years, and then decided to buy a condo in the Pawling, NY, area. While that may sound simple, it wasnt - and we needed professional guidance to pick the right home and location. I appreciated Regans patience as we went through more than 50 listings. But the one thing I knew is that when I called Regan to ask for a showing, she never tried to dissuade me, showed me all with open-mindedness, and gave advice only when asked. But I can honestly say, she gained my trust instantly and her advice was not only welcomed, but valued. She fit us into her busy schedule no matter what she had going on which, for which I am grateful. We are in the process of refurbishing our townhouse that we purchased in Pawling in early November, and I still rely on her advice with that! Thank you, Regan!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were out of state buyers interested in a home on Whaley Lake, but we were unable to travel to see it in person. Regan Andrews was the listing agent and was tremendously responsive; she provided several Face Time video tours of the home and did other research to make us comfortable and well informed. She also facilitated excellent relations between us and the sellers, which has been invaluable as we moved in and needed to become familiar with the various home systems and the local service providers. My wife and I have bought / sold two dozen properties over the past three decades, and Regan has been the best realtor we have dealt with that entire time.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe only use Regan in all our restate transactions. Which have been 4. We find her incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in accomplishing our goals Thanks Bob
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan is the best! I would recommend her to everyone. Regan helped my find the perfect home and made the entire process easy and fast, she is very knowledgeable and has tons of contacts for inspections, attourneys, mortgage brokers, contractors etc.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan was responsive and very easy to deal with . She was clear in her communication with us and helped us with this process every step of the way and went beyond in several instances . These are difficult times to sell a house and she did it in record time . I would highly recommend her!
ZillowVERIFIEDAn industry leader in her craft. I have had the pleasure of working with Regan 3 different times and if I am in the market again then I already know who I am working with! Thank you for everything that you have done! It is truly appreciated.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan is a true expert in her field. She has gone above and beyond to work with us from finding our home through to closing. We appreciate the hard work and time she put in to ensure that we were happy.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan Andrews is more than a real estate agent. She is attentive, artsy, witty, smart, intuitive and always there for you. Quick to process papers and quick to reply with any questions or concerns. Lastly, Regan is grateful to be of service. She is 100% on your side. Thank you for all you did for me selling my condo unit.
ZillowVERIFIEDAlways on top of the details, enthusiastic, level-headed, and a capable problem-solver. We were very happy to have Regan on our team when the buyers created some challenges for us. Highly recommend.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan recently helped our family find and purchase our first home (in Dutchess County, NY) and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. Regan's in-depth knowledge of markets in upstate New York counties and in western Connecticut allowed us to efficiently explore multiple areas and see dozens of homes over several weekends. Regan is a dedicated, discerning agent and an excellent communicator. She went out of her way to provide important information real time and adjust to our busy schedules. Her experience and reputation in the field helped make every step of the offer through closing process as easy and smooth as possible for us. On top of all of this, Regan has a warmth, sense of humor, and genuine love for houses, people, and animals that made it a true pleasure to get to know and work with her. We highly recommend Regan for any seller or house-hunter in NY or CT.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan has helped me with rentals for myself, house shopping, and now finding a tenant to rent my own home! Theres a reason I keep calling her back again. Shes just wonderful. Checks in, status updates if things are slow to let you know she hasnt forgotten you, she goes above and beyond and advises you in things she cant do for you. Would absolutely recommend her!
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan is professional, an expert in her field, reliable, courteous and hardworking. We appreciate her patience and cooperation as we worked towards renting our house in a timely manner. The vetting process was well handled.
ZillowVERIFIEDThere is no one like Regan. She is professional, knowledgeable, hard-working, efficient, prompt and resourceful. She represented me 100% with selling a house and buying a condo from the beginning to the end, even at the closings. You knew you had someone looking out for you and getting all the paperwork in order quickly. Regan handled the process with flair and appreciation. I recommend her to everyone I know who is in need of a real estate agent. She is more than a 5-star rating; Regan is a 10!
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan was amazing during the entire process for finding and closing on our home! She worked around my schedule and made house hunting as painless as possible. I do not remember how many houses we saw but it was a lot and she would plan our showings in the most efficient routes. Regan's knowledge of the areas we wanted to buy a house in was truly a gift. From Westchester to Dutchess county she knew every town, knew local spots for shopping and restaurants. She knew the quickest ways to access the highways from each house we looked at. She fought for us during negotiations and helped us close on our dream home. Regan is an asset when it comes to buying and selling; between her knowledge of the market and closing process, her experience in negotiating, and her network of contacts you cannot go wrong with her. She helped us pull off the sale of our coop and the purchase of our home on the same day, this was extremely important to my husband and I. She has become an extended member of our family and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She will fight for you and will make the closing run as smoothly as possible. I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for my family. We appreciate every minute she spent working with us on finding our forever home!
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan was amazing during the sale of our coop. She did her research when it came to selling our apartment and got us a fair price. She provided us with copies of all comps/comparables. Allowed us to review and provide our feedback. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market. Her photographer is great and they worked around my schedule when we took photos of the apartment. She stayed on top of all the showings and negotiations of offers. Regan was always a text or a call away, anything I needed she quickly responded. Our sale went smoothly! I highly recommend Regan to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. She will not disappoint!
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan was first class. From our first meeting I knew Regan was the right choice. She came prepared with a booklet of comp houses, local housing stats, etc. During the selling process, she was always available, even helping me find a plumber to fix a leak when i was out of town, and overall extremely helpful in guiding me through final negotiations. In other words AMAZING.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan was wonderful to work with! We met her at an open house. We were in the market for our first home, and we actually already had found a property online that we were super interested in. She made time to show us the property, we fell in love, and helped us put in an offer! Regan even took time to show us other similar properties just to help us see what else was out there. She was patient and pleasant and knowledgable about things we never would have known. Buying a home is scary, especially your first home, but we felt taken care of with her. Regan's response times were always speedy, and she even came to show the house to both sets of parents on different days so they could see the home. I highly recommend working with her and will make sure to refer her to friends who need an agent!
ZillowVERIFIEDBest home buying experience Ive ever had. Regan was terrific! Professional, knowledgeable, personable and tireless! She listened to my needs, asked the right questions and found me the perfect home.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan was an excellent resource for me in finding my dream home! She was patient, responsive, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan Andrews thoroughly explained her services prior to our signing a contract with her and Berkshire Hathaway to sell our beloved home. She respected our wishes during the process and relayed all offers to us for our review and ultimate decision. When speed bumps occurred along the way she was quick to outline the situations and offered suggestions on how to proceed. We ultimately accepted an offer and proceeded through numerous requests for inspections from our first time home buyers. Regrettably the buyers agent was extremely unprofessional but Regan was able to diffuse the situations created by the buyers agent and all proceeded to a closing that was handled very well by all parties involved. We would certainly highly recommend Regan and Berkshire Hathaway to any prospective buyers/sellers in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan did an excellent job for us in helping us find our new home. She was responsive, patient, professional, and pleasant to work with. We were successful in finding a home that was perfect for us. We couldn't wait to move in! Her recommendations for attorney and inspector were awesome. We walked away feeling it was an extremely positive experience. We're extremely pleased and satisfied with the results. We also used Regan to help us rent our condo that we used to own and were very happy with that experience as well. Three times in three years we needed to find a new tenant and she was always there to help us show our unit and find us the perfect tenant. We highly recommend Regan for whatever your real estate needs may be.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan first helped me get an apartment on short notice. 1 year later she helped me find my perfect home! She listened to what I needed, what I liked, and the budget that I wanted to stay within. She educated me about the buying process and worked diligently to find me a plethora of homes to see. I highly recommend Regan to anyone who is looking for a hard working, real estate agent who has a great personality, is easy to work with and looks out for the welfare of their client!
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan helped us several years ago when we were in the market for a rental house. We called her back when we were ready to buy, and again she found the perfect house for us. Regan understood what we were looking for, and used her knowledge of the market to help find what we were looking for. As first time buyers Regan walked us through every step of the process. Her referrals for our mortgage lender, attorney, and home inspector were true professionals. My wife and I highly recommend Regan.
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Regan to sell one of our properties really exceeded our expectations. We where so lucky to find such wonderful Real Estate Professional. Within the first two week of our top priced house being on the market, we received two full price offers !!!!!! She answered all our questions and concerns and throughly explained every part of the process. Since we had a very satisfactory and excellent experience with her service, we didn't hesitate to use her knowledge and professionalism, this time renting another house we own and there she did it again !!!! renting it very quickly and getting us top dollar. We highly recommend her to anyone interested in having a stress free process, quickly renting, buying or selling a property.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have been through several buy/sell transactions with Regan and she is just amazing. This is a highly emotional process and Regan is always there to solve problems, bring parties together for a successful deal, and make everything look easy (we know its never easy). She has an intimate knowledge of the market and is always direct in her advice. We are lucky to have found Regan and will always use her for any real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan showed me my last apartment at the last minute when I was really in a jam. She was so helpful I held on to her card for the future. 2 years later, I was ready to buy and with the first phone call, she remembered who I was. She made herself available immediately and showed me a house I had seen online. Unfortunately, that was not the house for me, but she didnt give up! Regan helped me search until I found a house just right for me! She took the initiative and really made it easy for me to look. She gave me excellent advice on the houses we saw, and clearly wanted what was best for me. Regan made the whole process manageable for me while I worked full time and went to school full time. I'm so grateful for her. 11/10
ZillowVERIFIEDRegan showed a personal interest in my property and handled the coordination with other realtors so taht I was able to get the best price possible for this property. Since there were no comps, we had to price it high and let the market shake it out. In the end, we got what it was appraised for, so kudos also to the appraiser for getting that right. Regan kept me informed every time there was news, and followed up on contacts and prospects.
