I had a great experience with Carol. She was referred to me by my sister, who couldn't enough good about her. What impressed me first, was that when she and a team member came to visit and tell me how they could help me sell my house, they came fully prepared and had done their homework. They had already contacted the local zoning office and knew exactly what my property could be used for, as it was zoned as commercial. They easily spent over an hour with me, discussing their ideas and learning what I desired in selling my house. After reviewing other selling options, I went with Carol. Two weeks or so later, I had an offer! The offer was reasonable price-wise but, it was way over and above my stipulations for selling. I counter-offered and the deal was done and the contract signed. One issue came up that was a misunderstanding or miscommunication about an item left in an out building a week before closing and I was out of state. Carol negotiated/facilitated the solution and the settlement took place on schedule! Thank you Carol!
