Charles is great! He responded to all my inquiries within minutes. He was there every step of the way. He met the movers, helped with getting pprwrk for me and on and on. I came from out of state, and not until a week + after closing. Charles was with me through the whole process. I would highly recommend him. And besides that, he's just a nice guy!

Charles was amazing to work with and made the process of me buying my first house simple and easy, he helped with all the small and large issues that came up and got me my house!

Very knowledgeable, not just about the houses themselves but other factors including insurance issues, red flags that we would not have noticed. He was patient as we ruled out houses and provided advice and assistance even after we closed. I would use him again without reservation.
