Hook & Ladder Realty of Central Florida, LLC

Josh has helped us with buying 2 houses now. He is always very responsive to texts and calls & his construction background comes in very handy when looking at homes.

Josh guided us every step of the way with patience, diligence, and excellent communication. Were so grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Josh has been extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the buying and selling process. He is honest, insightful, and never steers in the wrong direction. Highly recommend!

Josh Henrys professionalism, knowledge, and expertise was clear from our first meeting. Josh had his comps ready for our review to help us decide on a starting asking price. Josh kept us informed on all steps of the process. Josh sold our home in 3 short weeks.

Josh was great! He went above and beyond in this home purchase on a tight deadline. Helped book the inspection and even met with him and helped correct any issues. He helped find a lender and make sure wed close on time. If you need a realtor to help with your new home purchase, you couldnt find someone better! Thanks Josh!!
