Hooge Real Estate Inc

Larry is such a Great Realtor!! He is very responsive when we call him. He always answers all our questions and if he doesn't know the answers will go out of his way to find out and get right back to you. He is very Friendly and Honest. You couldn't ask for a better Realtor. Choose Larry McKinney with Hogge Real Estate.

Larry McKinney was our agent during a greater than one year search for a piece of property that we could make our retirement home. We put in a total of three bids during that time frame. One property would have required an alternative septic system and very expensive foundation due to the clay content. The second property had an unresolvable easement issue. He tried very hard to convince the property owner blocking the sale but no one short of court would have won. Finally Larry located the piece of land we purchased. Larry and I walked countless acres of woods and terrain. He maintained a very positive attitude throughout our journey. I highly recommend using Larry as your agent!
