Kiley was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole buying process. As a first-time Homebuyer, the process seemed a bit overwhelming, but Kiley really made the process feel welcoming and accessible. She was incredibly patient with many of our questions, even our repeat questions, and helped us understand every step of the homebuying process. Kiley also communicated clearly, denoting her role in the homebuying process and helping re-direct us if we had additional questions that would be better answered by our Lender or another professional. Kiley was especially patient with our first-time home-buyer-ness when it came to taking us to see houses just to know what we wanted/liked. She was positive and helped us figure out what we liked/didn't like in person, not just on paper. She was knowledgeable about the local area/market and was able to help us evaluate value based on our wants/needs. If she didn't know the answer to something for certain, she took the time to research and get us accurate answers. She answered our questions in a timely manner, updated us even if she was still waiting for further info, and kept us informed on communication between us and the sellers. Kiley was very responsive via phone, text, and email. I also appreciate her negotiation skills and her temperament and composure when dealing with sometimes frustrating (to us, buyers) points in the process. She advocated for us throughout negotiations and discussions, and even after the sale of the home, was able to answer questions and recommend local professionals for things that we (knowingly) needed to repair upon move-in. Kiley also didn't downplay any of our concerns and offered potential solutions to any of our questions, including communicating with the sellers if it was out of our ability. Overall, myself and my husband enjoyed working with Kiley through this whole process and would recommend her. She balanced a professional relationship with being friendly, personable, and available, something I especially appreciated as a nervous, first-time homebuyer. Thank you, Kiley! :)

Adam was great! Sold my house in less than a month! It had been on the market before for 18 months. Very happy with him! He works really hard! If I ever need to buy or sell a house he is the first person I will call! If you need to sell your house you should call Adam Albaba!
