As a first-time homebuyer, there were definitely moments where I had a lot of questions and wasnt sure what to expect, but Nicole made everything feel easy and manageable. She was always available, responsive, patient, and willing to explain anything we needed help understanding. We never felt pressured, and it genuinely felt like she cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. From looking at houses all the way through closing day, she was there for us every step of the way. We couldnt be happier with our new home and are extremely thankful for everything Nicole did to help us get here. Nicole did an amazing job at explaining the contract and negotiating back and forth. She worked very long hours on the weekend trying to get this through for us. She made everything seem seamless. I would highly recommend.

Nicole is amazing! She is very knowledgable of areas in PA and NJ. We went to house after house after house until I finally found what I wanted. Nicole has incredible patience, and was there every step of the way- rain or shine! She has excellent negotiating skills, and was able to get the house I wanted within my budget. She doesn't sugarcoat the truth, and will honestly tell you what she believes is best for you. Her expertise in the home buying process made it an easy purchase. I think of the horror stories that friends have told me about their agents. Some were just out to make a commission, with very little input. Some did not respond to a client's needs in a timely fashion. This is definitely not Nicole! She is very personable, and makes you feel like family. She is not a clock watcher, only working from 9 to 5. She was always accessible, at any hour, any day of the week. Nicole is confident, positive and enthusiastic. I would recommend her for your real estate needs in a heartbeat!!

Nicole helped us both sell our home and buy a new one.
