Karen spent a couple months showing us houses when we were looking for a house within walking distance to downtown Lodi. We had to take a break during our search and Karen was totally accommodating. She is very knowledgeable, full of energy and enthusiasm and has many business connections in the area. We LOVE our new home and now Karen is going to sell our Stockton house for us!

Karen Is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, easy going and fun to work with! She made my concerns disappear promptly and gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process! She took care of me when I didnt know what to do or who to contact! It was definitely fun to look at a bunch of homes due to her positive attitude! I will definitely have her on my side for my next purchase!

I had the pleasure of working with Karen to sell my home in December of 2020. Even with the crazy year going due to covid Karen was such a sigh of relief and just absolutely knocked this one out of the park! She is very knowledgeable, responsive and brings a great energy with her. This was just such a seemless and easy transition out of my home and to top things off she was able to sell the house in 3 days and for $25,000 over asking price!Do not hesitate to have Karen as your realtor. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful experience but with her you'll be able to relax knowing she has everything under control. Thank you Karen for the awesome job and best believe I'll be bugging you when I'm in the market to buy once again!
