Hayden did an excellent job for us. We are 400 miles away; he would preview property's and visit them himself to help us make a decision on coming down to see it. When we found the property we wanted to see he brought with him a side-by-side so we could successfully view 30 acres in its entirety. The advice he offered us what the property may need and potential cost was incredibly helpful. He negotiated a great contract to get us where we needed to be to buy. Hayden is incredibly knowledgeable of the area and has many contacts for construction, excavation, electric, etc. He went above and beyond to visit the property with a power company rep. to get permission for an easement from a neighbor and accompanied a contractor for the driveway estimate. I can't thank Hayden enough for the above and beyond service we received. I feel comfortable when he says call me even after the sale; if we need anything or have questions he will still be in our corner.
