When we found the property we wanted to see he brought with him a side-by-side so we could successfully view 30 acres in its entirety. The advice he offered us what the property may need and potential cost was incredibly helpful. He negotiated a great contract to get us where we needed to be to buy. Hayden is incredibly knowledgeable of the area and has many contacts for construction, excavation, electric, etc. He went above and beyond to visit the property with a power company rep. to get permission for an easement from a neighbor and accompanied a contractor for the driveway estimate.
