We were very picky buyers and Nealy looked at a couple of homes that I wanted to see ahead of time and took pictures or videos of things she knew we wouldnt like. We gave her full veto power. She was able to get us in to see the house we bought before the seller wanted to start her showings. We had been looking for quite awhile and Nealy knew this house had pretty much everything we wanted. She was always available for calls and if for some reason she wasnt she would let you know when she would call back and was always prompt about it.
