here are too many amazing things to say about Dylan and how simple he made the process of buying a home for myself and my young family that I don't even know where to begin. When we started to look for a home we were considering renting and we quickly became discouraged due to the demand for rentals and how competitive the current market is. That's when he suggested buying our home instead, and man was he right. Not only did it make more sense for me and my family to buy but he and his lender made the entire process a breeze. It can certainly be overwhelming if you aren't in the business, most of the time I had no clue what they were even talking about but he made complex concepts simple for us and he eased our anxiety and apprehensions by assuring us throughout the entire process. My wife and I couldn't be happier now. It was his idea to buy and I'll always be forever grateful that we took his advice. We managed to secure a brand new build with a mortgage at the same price of the rentals we were looking at and, with the help of his equally amazing lender, we secured it for $0 down! From the time we started looking at homes to our closing date it only took 1 month and we closed at the initial closing date! We will forever be grateful for all of the hard work and care that Dylan put into securing us our home. I had the best experience working with Dylan the past 5 months now! He was extremely helpful and the thing I appreciated the most was he never tried to talk me into or out of a home! Dylan cares more about the person than the sale. He takes the time to understand what you need, then finds a home that actually fits you rather than trying to convince you to fit a house that isnt right. He allowed us to take our time, was patient, kind, and honest. If you dont use him as an agent you really are missing out.
