We reached out to Paul when we started investigating a possible move to Austin asking for someone to show us possibilities that would be in our price range and desired area. We clearly stated up front that a) the likelihood of us purchasing a home in Austin was a coin toss at best since we'd be moving from out of state, and that any potential home sale was at least over a year away from when we would see him. Even with him knowing up front that he'd be playing the loooong game, Paul didn't hesitate to reach back out to us, talk to us about what we wanted (and didn't want) in a home and neighborhood, and scheduled time to spend a morning just driving us around Austin and showing us homes and neighborhoods. Paul could not have been more pleasant, knowledgable about the area, and generous with his time w/no semblance of a guarantee about a return on his time investment; and he was willing and able to communicate and meet with us when and where we needed to. If he was that gracious, knowledgable, and professional about simply cultivating a relationship & possible sale, I can only imagine how thorough he would be about the sales process itself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as a realtor!

Jackie is everything you would want in a realtor. She is thorough, very responsive and extremely easy to work with you. As first-time home-buyers, my wife and I needed all the help we could get, and we had a ton of questions about the process and best practices. Jackie was very patient with us, and she was always readily available for questions or house showings. I honestly cannot think of a time throughout our entire period of working with Jackie that it took her more than a few minutes to respond or get us scheduled to look at a house, which is saying something, especially when youre shopping for a home during a pandemic. The entire process was smooth and above-and-beyond, from our intro call to looking for houses to closing to the bottle of champagne she delivered us to say, aEURoeCongrats!aEUR? I could go on, but bottom line, you wont find a better realtor in the Austin area than Jackie. I cannot recommend her, and Compass in general, enough.

I interviewed 3 real estate agents to sell my house. The first one told me right away what I needed to do to get my house ready - expensive upgrades. The 2nd one asked me what I wanted to do to get my house ready (go figure). When I met Paul, I knew I had found the right agent because Paul had a methodical approach to sell a house. It begins with pre-inspection and professional staging consultation, which gave me ideas what I needed to do and what I should skip. Paul also did $$ analysis to help me decide whether or not to spend big $$ to fix certain things - his answer was no based on his analysis and also advised the selling and pricing strategy. With everything said and done, Paul listed my house in the morning and we got multiple offers in the evening on the same day and all offers came in above my selling price, without fixing up the expensive items as the other agents suggested. So go with Paul if you are selling your house. Don't worry about his casual appearance and casual style. He is very PROFESSIONAL!
