I contacted Sallyanne to sell my home after other agents had refused to represent my property, or refused to return phone calls. She came to the home the day after our initial phone call, and stated it was an excellent property that would sell quickly and immediately listed the property on the MLS. The issues I felt would complicate any sales process, Sallyanne assured me they were not issues and we were a traditional full sale in spite of what other agents may have stated.
