HOMESTARR REALTY

Jake Toyberman went above and beyond for us. He's incredibly knowledgeable, a great negotiator, super communicative, and so, so reliable. We purchased from out of town. Jake was our eyes and ears, facetiming us in for many, many showings. He kept everything organized and listened to our wishes. Throughout the many home walk throughs, he really shined. He'd point out positives and negatives of each home, helping us figure out if we could see ourselves in the space. I highly recommend Jake. Our entire experience was positive. Trust your instincts, you'll be glad you called Jake!

Jake was absolutely amazing throughout our home-buying journey! Since we were completely new to the home buying process, we had a lot of questions and didnt always know what to expect. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, explaining everything clearly and guiding us through every step. He truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Were so grateful for all his hard work and dedication. We highly recommend Jake to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first time buyers. Thanks Jake!

An outstanding realtor from start to finish. Incredibly responsive, proactive, and always one step ahead. Communication was clear and quick, questions were answered immediately, and the entire selling process felt smooth and stress-free. Their guidance and attention to detail made a real difference, and our home sold quickly thanks to their hard work. Highly recommend.

My wife and I celebrate closing on the purchase of a home today - the culmination of an excellent experience - from day one - with our real estate agent, Jake Toyberman. Jake is broadly experienced, competent, very responsive, and a driven advocate for his clients. He quickly assembled a team of trusted contractors to seamlessly guide us through the home inspection and assessment process. Jake interacted promptly with all players in this purchase, including the seller's agent. He brings to his vocation obvious diligence, integrity, wisdom and personal grace. He listens well, and keeps his word. We are grateful.

Jake did great job helping me buy and sell the condo. He recommended good services (mortgage, cleaning, etc), communicated in time and ensure smooth processes. He also helped me picked up and returned router after closing. I highly recommend him as your agent, either buy or sell.
