Meredith was absolutely incredible. Every time we called her she answered. Every time we texted her, she responded back instantly. If we wanted to see a property she made it happen. Very knowledgeable and professional. Glad we found her to help us get our forever home.

Meridith is nothing short of AMAZING! We recently purchased a home in Waxahachie and Meridith was with us every step of the way on a process that took over 1 year to complete (due to unforeseen circumstances we had to suspend our search for a while). She has so many contacts in the areas for people who can help you after the sale for needs such as cleaning, home repairs/painting, yard maintenance, and not to leave out an extremely important piece ... the brokerage firm. I recommend anyone looking to buy in the Midlothian, Waxahachie, S. Dallas area give her a call. You WILL NOT be disappointed! Her responsiveness to our queries was unmatched.

Meredith was absolutely amazing! From our first conversation where she complimented my daughter, I knew she was someone I wanted to work with. She handled the selling of my home and purchasing of a new one all within a little over one month. She worked hard and found a cash offer for my home and we closed in a week. Then, when we found our forever home and we were up against other offers, Meredith put in the extra work to make sure we were chosen. She is experienced, will keep you updated and informed, and works with a great team! We could not have had a better, smoother selling and buying process. I will recommend her to all of our friends and family in the future!

Meredith gave us a large selection of homes to consider with the features we were specifically looking for (eg garage, fireplace, bathtub). Shes professional, methodical, and there is not a detail she misses. With the ease she gave us throughout the process, and her open line of communication, I will gladly recommend Meredith because she cares about her clients from start to finish. Thank you Meredith!

Working with Meredith was an incredible experience! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and is with you every step of the way! I highly recommend Meredith if you want to sell or buy. She gets the job done with precision and expertise!
