I am taking this opportunity to share how unbelievably happy I am that I selected Bruno Arapovic as my realtor. I was careful in doing my homework ahead of time and interviewed multiple relators because I have had disappointing experiences prior to working with Bruno. Upon meeting Bruno, there were multiple reasons I selected him, all of which turned out to be accurate assessments. He is a highly skilled communicator and knows both the industry inside and out but also knows and is highly skilled in working with people. The sale of my house was not an easy one. Multiple challenges were encountered while trying to close and I believe that it would not have closed without Bruno stepping in and negotiating with multiple parties involved when others could not. He not only advocated for me through the entire process but also supported the seller with lender challenges. This shows the lengths he will go to in order to make a customer happy to and hold his promise of doing all he can to sell a house. Overall, I can not think of a single thing he could have done more. Those who trust him to be their realtor will find him very detail oriented, knowledgeable in all facets of selling, including the loan and lender transactions. He excels at quick and polite communication and kept me informed every step of the way. Most importantly of all, I always felt supported, even when faced with making decisions I struggled with.
