ZillowVERIFIED 2x Bruno client in selling 2 condos in 85016-85018 area. As a chronic remodeler, I was eager to make upgrades even tho Bruno suggested against it. He was right. Didn't make a bit of difference on 1st one, so I saved on the 2nd condo with that advice. His advice can save you money and move the sale w creative financing ideas (tap into retirement, pay back later- 1st sale) even if the OTHER realtor is not so creative and knowledgeable.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Bruno after having my home listed with another agent for 45 days. I was unhappy with the lack of attention I was getting and told Bruno my frustrations. He advised me to talk to the other Realtor who ended up charging me $400 to get out of our contract. It was the best $400 I have spent b/c w/ Bruno I was treated like a VIP even though he has many other clients. He took my calls at all hours and if he didn't answer he got back to me right away. My house sold and I walked away with what I wanted to at then end of escrow. Bruno also helped find me my new home that closes soon.
