HomeSmart Realty Group

As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Orlando Garcia. He made the entire home buying process easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and was there every step of the way. Orlando is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about his clients. His guidance, negotiation skills, and knowledge of the Downey and Southeast Los Angeles real estate market helped me buy my first home with confidence. If you're looking for a Realtor in Downey, Norwalk, Whittier, Bellflower, or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend Orlando Garcia with HomeSmart Realty Group. He made buying my first home a great experience.

I hired Orlando Garcia with The GO Team to sell my home in La Mirada, and it was the best decision we made. I had a ton of questions and Orlando answered every one of them, plainly and fast. He and his team held open houses every weekend. The pictures they took were amazing and I think it helped the house sell quickly. Orlando negotiated strongly on my behalf and saved me thousands of dollars by addressing some issues ahead of time that would have caused the buyer to request repairs or a price drop. He handled the contracts, the escrow timeline, and every surprise along the way. If you're selling a home in La Mirada or anywhere around Downey, Whittier, or Norwalk, call Orlando. He knows this market inside and out, and he actually cares about his clients.
