Pernicia is an excellent agent in Southern California and Long Beach. I should have given her a review a long time ago, but always wanted to say so much that I didn't write the review. She looks out for gotchas like any good professional should and looks ahead. Plays the fly wheel well to keep residential real estate transactions moving and not passively idle. She's diligent and open-minded and I haven't seen her use any of the more distasteful techniques real estate agents sometimes use. A standup professional whom you should seriously consider using. As for improvement or downsides I think she would be forthright on any soft area as she was with me and likely there are some regions or business sales transactions that might be a less than ideal fit. SoCal is a very large market after all. I lived in SoCal when selecting Pernicia.

Pernicia is the best!! She helped us purchase our house and sell it a couple of years later. My husband and I were out of town in the process of our closing. Pernicia handled everything. She sold all of the left over furniture and cleared the house out in preparation for the new owner.

I'veknown Pernicia for quite a few years and knew she was the one for us when it came to buying a new home for us. She is informative and patient and asks very good questions to get to understand what your needs are. Times have changed since we had a bought a house so some of the paperwork and requirements were new to us. Pernicia was there along the way to explain any issues, provide us options and solutions. It was a great experience having Pernicia there to help guide us along. We will be moving into our new house this weekend!
