It was a pleasure working with Elwood Humphries. Elwood never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend him over any conventional 6% brokers as you will save thousands as well as receive the best service any agent can provide. He sold my home within 30 days, right doing the beginning of Covid, that was a challenge but he muscle right through it. Very professional, more than qualified, took great photos of the home to help highlight the sale of the home. Always there to take my calls and if he couldn't he called back at a reasonable time. I really felt the agent knew his business. He came to initial meeting with very helpful information and explained his process in a way that definitely showed his expertise in real estate Super responsive as if you are his only client! Friendly and professional. Thanks for helping me sell my house!aEUR? The Best

I trust Elwood and will always rely on him for real estate needs. He is the only agent I recommend. No pressure just honest and informative. I have purchased a home and sold a home with Elwood. He has continued helping me look for any real estate needs. He is also available to answer any real estate questions.

Elwood was our realtor for buying and selling our home on Caribbean Circle. He is very knowledgeable with both the home buying and selling process and was able to answer all of our questions. His expertise with home inspection also made the the transaction very easy for us.

Elwood Humphries was an astounding realtor that helped me with both buying and selling my house. Both times Humphries had made the process simple by taking care papers work and explain to me all the details from A to Z

Very patient. Can handle reverse mortgage, makes it easy to go through all of the paperwork, when you call his office and have to leave a message he always gets back to you
