HomeSmart Pros Real estate

Trevor was as good as a Real Estate professional as you can get. Very attentive, highly responsive, listened extremely well and went the extra miles, note the S. I would say the best realtor I have dealt with in my 7 decades and many home purchases. We could not be happier.

Trevor was great in follow-up from beginning to end. He also helped to ensure that the builder came through with his requirements prior to release of funds.

Highly Highly Recommend Trevor if youre looking for an agent that goes above and beyond for his clients! He always shows up with a smile and provides guidance throughout the process of finding the perfect home for you. We love our new home !

IT WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH TREVOR. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH US AND WAS AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEEDED HIM TO BE. WE WERE OUT OF TOWN BUYERS SO HE WORKED AROUND OUR NEEDS. WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE AREA AND GAVE US LOTS OF SUGGESTIONS. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

Trevor was professional and personable - he had patience with this first time home buyer and would regularly send over listings that met my specific criteria list. The process of beginning to buy my first home is daunting but having Trevor makes it feel like working with a friend, who has your best interests at heart and can help explain the whole process. I look forward to continue working with him for finding future homes!
