Barb went above and beyond in helping us to sell our property. Though we had some frustrations over the time it was on the market she did an excellent job walking us through the process. We could not be happier.

She explained things well to us, was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns and I never felt like a burden when reaching out, even at odd hours. She was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done as well as how buydowns worked and different program options to get us affordable house payments. She was great at negotiating so we could get our perfect home for the right price at the right time. The cherry on top- when entering our newly purchased home she had set out several housewarming gifts for us! So kind! She truly was great to work with and I felt like I could really trust her.
