Sam Banning has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and advises openly and honestly about the listing. He responds to phone calls, text, emails almost immediately - even on Sundays when he usually doesn't work (family day - everyone needs one!). He has been aggressive (in a good way) with getting our listing out there in multiple markets. Our home has not sold yet, but it is a unique home in a unique setting so we knew it would take longer than normal. We have confidence he will get it sold! His office assistant has also been great about answering questions in a very timely manner. I would recommend him without hesitation!

Sam, our guide to mountain living, did everything you could and couldnt imagine, to make it happen for us to move to CO. He answered all of our questions, and he provided a mortgage and title company. He is top notch. He just took care of EVERYTHING. Since our closing, he still answers questions!
