HomeSmart

Loved working with Phillip. He was well educated and knew the answers to any of my questions. He was fast and on top of everything. I would use him again. Thank you.

The process was smooth. Phil is great person to work with. He goes the extra mile. We had a great experience and would recommend Phil to anyone thinking about buying or selling a home.

Phil was Awesome. My mother was very nervous and had no idea of the process. He held her hand and walked her through step by step.Could not have asked for better person to work with!

It was great working with Phil! He was honest with the process and helping us to our price for selling quickly. We had a lot of showings and was always notified before every showing. Our experience was great.

This is the 2nd time we have used Phil to purchase a home...that speaks for itself! We also listed our home with him this time and he made the process extremely easy. He knew exactly what we needed to do to get our home listed and sold quickly! He guided us every step of the way and made sure we understood the process.
