For an average person, buying a house is the largest purchase of their life. You are investing a huge some of money and are taking on a 15-to-30-year loan. For these large transactions you need a partner that is, honest, hardworking and has integrity. We bought our house through Kami. We were moving from Phoenix and could only be in Sacramento few weeks a time. Our home search was difficult and unique. She met with us, understood our requirements, budget constraints and took us all over the town. She was exceptionally patient, calm and collected through out. If we ever have to do a real estate transaction, we would choose her again and we recommend her without reservations. She is not realtor to us any more, she is family.

Kami did an amazing job helping me buy my condo. She was there for me Always! Each and every time I needed her, she was always available. She works hard, has integrity and was always by my side helping and guiding me during the process, she made sure I was protected as a buyer, always had my back in negotiations and what was due to me as a buyer. I had the most positive experience with Kami and would highly recommend Kami to all.

There are many agents around, but working with the agent Kami is on another level, she is always there for you, she answers any question or inquiry, she responds to text messages immediately, I was very satisfied working with her, thanks to her I have my own property .

Kami is an excellent realtor. Very responsive and bent over backwards to help during the process. She and her husband made sure that my home was in the ideal condition to sell. I highly recommend her.
