Nicole is wonderful! I was able to purchase the second property I saw and the first offer I put in by following her advice. Its a crazy sellers market and there were multiple offers but Nichole guided me to making a really strong offer while still working with in the budget I had set. She really knows her stuff and was very honest and patient in explaining the process to me. She was also extremely responsive. My mother will be buying a home in the next few years and I wouldnt let her use any other realtor
