Derick was the first realtor agent. I felt close to and relaxed. I was able to talk to him as I would a friend. He was never unable to reach and it was no time ever inconvenient to call. Derick advised me on how far to go in on spending money to flip a condo and what I should put my money into flipping the condo. I sold the condo for 12,000 worth and I had originally decided I want it for my condo.
