HomeSmart Encore

She doesn't respond to messages or inquiries, I have no idea why she is listing on a site that she refuses to follow up from. We have reached out twice to her about a property and absolutely no contact, no reply, not so much as the time of day from her. If you have a property to rent or sell, do not use Rose because she will not respond to potential buyers or renters.

Rose is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. She will always do what is best for her clients, whether you are the buyer or seller. We have worked with her for over 12 years.

Rose has extensive knowledge of the local market. The process of selling our home and purchasing another home was smooth, closings were on time as she monitored service providers performance very well.

Rose is AMAZING!!! As a military family we are used to moving, and we know that our stay is never guaranteed. We used Rose to both but our home and sell it two years later. She was amazing in all ways. Both processes were painless and she was always quick to respond to any question we had, whether big or small. And my children love her! If we were going to stay in Nevada, I would definitely use Rose again.
