Homesmart Atlanta

Very communiticave, very knowledgeable and knows her stuff she went to great lengths to ensure all the tasks were completed and that everyone was doing their job thanks raschida ????

Rashida is very knowledgable and has great communication skills. She made me aware of all offers and told me the pros and cons. Her response time was quick. I look forward to working with her again.

Rashida Erving is very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. She helped me sell my duplex and was very responsive to potential Buyers request. I would highly recommended using her as a realtor whether you are looking to buy or to sell your home. She answers when you call, and responds quickly. She is on top of it, and makes you and your needs are a priority.

I truly enjoyed working with Rashida. She?s very knowledgeable in so many things. Extremely professional. She stuck with my husband and I when we got frustrated and wanted to give up. She literally kept things real with us. When it came to explaining things, she broke things down that way we can fully understand everything. Her vibes, the energy, and her personality she gave off were amazing and you don?t get that with many people. I?m actually really glad we picked her as our agent, I feel as though if we had a different agent, it wouldn?t be amazing as it was with Rashida. She made my husband and I feel like we?re family. I know for sure if we have anymore questions, she will get right back to us and do what she can. Thank you Rashida we love you like family. You?re the best :)

Very Extensive Knowledge Base while Attentive to any Issue Discussed that had Developed during the Transaction. She had No Problem working with any of the Buyers Agents
