We were at first nervous about choosing Anita because we just saw her profile and reviews here at Zillow and we didnt have any personal recommendation of her but we were so glad we chose her. First of all, JT is incredible to work with. And he's not just your agent, he's your friend! I was purchasing a home in Surprise, AZ for my family and I to move into while we were living in Flagstaff, AZ. JT made a difficult, expensive and stressful process all but perfect. JT worked diligently, night and day, and made it available for us to purchase a home in an area we were unfamiliar with and over 120 miles away from where we were living. In the crazy market that was 2022 in Phoenix, it saved us money and time by having JT as our agent. If you do not know, every single home listed was receiving multiple overprice offers and most of them were cash offers. We were use financing, which made slightly more difficult for us than other buyers. With JT, that did not matter, he was able to present out loan-contingent offer as if it were cash! JT was able to help us find the perfect home by responding to us quickly and submitting offers extremely fast. He was able to help us secure a "coming soon" listing and we saved thousands by getting it under contract before it went on the market. He made sure that we understood what we needed to do in our offer to get it accepted, and it worked! It's one thing to blindly make offers, but JT makes strategic offers that have a higher chance of getting accepted by using his knowledge of the market. That is the winning difference! I cannot recommend him highly enough. When buying or selling, you want an agent that will fight for you and that's what JT will do!
