Belinda Hall is an excellent agent. She explained everything I didnt understand very patiently. I feel she went beyond what her job entails and she did it with such kindness. She was always on top of things and very knowledgeable. She got the best offer and didnt deviate from what I asked for.

What I really do appreciate is Belinda goes out of her way to help maintaining the property after it is sold - I happen to live 500 miles away most of the time and its a big deal for me. And she doesnt push you into making decisions, like a lot of other agents do. Highly recommend. Seems like being a RE agent is her thing, shes good at it.

I reached out to Belinda in August 2022 to sell three parcels of land in Desert Hot Springs, CA. She provided insights on the lands value and plans for getting the land sold. She has always been very responsive before, during, and after the sale transaction. I first used her service to purchase in 2016 and I'm happy to say her service has still met my expectations.

Belinda was available when I need her and provided me all the questions diligently. She showed me all the listings that was available in the areas of desert hot springs. Also showed to me the other homes in the near desert hot springs and palm spring areas for the future homes.

Belinda was an incredibly helpful real estate agent who went above and beyond to help answer questions, coordinate seller adjustments, and advising on the local market. She was superbly knowledgeable about the market, and had a lot of patience with us as we looked for the right home, and went through the offer process. I strongly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.
