As first time buyers, we were extremely nervous to buy our first home especially in a sellers market. We had a deadline of closing in December, and Keegan was able to meet that with ease. Our buying process had some hiccups, and Keegan took every single one with stride. Without her, we would not be able to have food our dream home. Please trust Keegan with all your realtor needs!! We will forever be thankful for her.

David was incredibly friendly and responsive with any questions and concerns that we had with selling our home. Since we were first time sellers we had numerous questions and concerns and he was able to put our mind at ease with the whole process. Not only did he sell our house fast, he was able to help us sell our house for more than we initially thought was possible. I absolutely will use David in the future because of his professionalism, friendliness and how responsive he was at all times.

I couldnt have asked for a better realtor in the selling of my home. David was excellent on communication, knowledge and was over exceeding on his respect for our requests. Hes very friendly and willing to go above and beyond for his clients!

Working with Keegan was a dream. We purchased our home site-unseen from nearly 1,000 miles away, which requires an immense amount of trust. Keegan was incredibly attentive, always on top of every detail, and truly had our best interests in mind. She listened to exactly what we wanted and made sure every home she showed us hit those marks. We couldnt have purchased a home without her expertise and dedication. Highly recommend!

David is the ONLY realtor I would recommend. The experience with him has been outstanding, to say the least! He listens to everything, communicates at every step and does what ever he can to get you the result you are looking for. He goes above and beyond and is not satisfied until he knows you are. He even recommended a great realtor to help us with relocating out of state once he sold our house, in less than 1 day! He even followed up on his referral just in case we weren't happy with that. Simply can't say enough about David. You won't be disappointed if you choose him. Far surpassed out expectations.
