Eugene is an amazing person! My wife?s family had been using someone else for a long time and we were actually referred to that person but he was unavailable so we had to find someone else. When we first met Eugene, we knew immediately that this was our guy. He knows every nook and cranny of Staten Island. He instantly made himself available and we were one of those ?hey... can we see this property.... tonight?? kind of clients. He never told us no and we appreciated that more than he knew. Also, I?m not a ?strictly business? kind of guy so I joke pretty often. Eugene played along and that made me feel even more comfortable with him. We bumped into a ton of personal issues that made the search go on for about 2 years and not to mention COVID-19. We actually ended up closing on our favorite property during the pandemic and Eugene never faltered or made us feel worried. If anything, he made us feel even more confident in the closing actually happening. Once that was scheduled, it went even smoother than we could?ve expected during quarantine. Safe to say that Eugene will be a part of our family forever. Thank you, Eugene!
