My experience with him was exceptional! Although my property was not high end, Gary's approach was to treat it as if it was! He was extremely responsive and worked in an efficient manner to resolve all problems. He made available to me his network of industry professionals that included, licensed craftsmen such as electricians, and plumbers, lawyers, photographers, and others in the real estate profession. Where Gary truly excels is having a deep and intimate understanding of the real estate market. His advice and counsel were always spot on! The initial price point that he recommended (and that I initially disagreed with) for entering the market turned out to be the price in which an agreement was made. He came over with comps, a complete huge printout and was full of suggestions on how to maximize the sale price without undergoing unneccessary renovations. What really impressed me about Gary, was something small that was really huge to me and says a lot about his character. There was one time where a buyer was coming over to look at the house and I did not have enough time to move all the garbage cans out of the way. They were definitely unsightly and overflowing as garbage pickup was not for a couple of days. Gary, in his suit, picked up garbage cans and moved them around the side of the house, out of sight.
