Homes of the Carolinas Real Estate powered by North Group Real Estate

Referral that we couldnt be more happy with. Having moved from out of state and not knowing the area, she help us find our first home together in Charlotte. She helped navigate what seemed like numerous dead ends & deal breakers with finesse & professionalism. Made herself available & quick to respond.

Erin did an outstanding job assisting my relator on selling my house in only one hour. So grateful for the help that Northgroup put in with listing my house and walking me through the steps.

I couldnt be happier with my experience with Erin. She knew exactly what I wanted in my home, she listened, and I truly felt as though she had my back. As a mom, she understood how important it was for me to be in a great location for my kiddos not only for the area but the actual placement of the home as well. She never made me feel as if she didnt care or like I was annoying her (I had tonsssss of questions) and she patiently guided me through the entire process. Constant reassurance and communication. She was completely honest with me about whether she thought something was a good idea or not and was so dedicated the entire time. I really appreciated her work ethic and the effort she put in to make sure I would love my home. Even when I got discouraged she told me not to give up because she knew wed find something. I would recommend Erin to anyone looking for a home.

Erin was instrumental in selling our home. She is honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. Erins guidance was exceptional! We sold in one day for more than our asking price. Her warm and friendly attitude made our selling journey a joy! Erin is an excellent real estate professional!

Zaviera provided excellent service and was always prompt for meetings. She never was too busy to assist or advise. If she couldnt talk or meet at the time, she always offered other availability. Zaviera made the real estate search a pleasure instead of an imposition/chore. We will definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help with real estate in our future.
