Homes IQ

BJ was amazing to work with. I started working with him on a Tuesday and we found my house on the following Monday! It was in the middle of the crazy selling time at the end of 2021, and BJ was fantastic in fighting for me and what I wanted/needed. I highly recommend working with him.

BJ was the absolute best - moved to Colorado Springs from Philadelphia without ever having been here. He was at properties on zoom with me sometimes within hours of wanting to see them, gave great advice on offers in what was an insane market, and knows the place like the back of his hand. Ended up in genuinely the perfect house for me in a wonderful neighborhood and has even helped me out after the sale. Rock star.

I couldnt have asked for a better agent! We purchased our first home while living out of state, which was no small feat. When we flew out to view homes, BJ gave us the time we needed to be thorough, discreetly rescheduled viewings if we took too long, and we never felt rushed. He was patient in answering (and re-answering) our questions about the home buying process and explaining all the paperwork. He stayed on top of things and took care of what needed to be done on the spot. I appreciated how professional yet approachable he was. He genuinely loves what he does and loves helping people, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable than it could have been. I would not hesitate to recommend working with him to help you find your home.
