If you are looking to buy property in the Waco Texas area you need to use Lezlie Roark as your Real Estate agent! I need to apologize to Lezlie for taking so long to write this review. In late fall my son and I needed to find housing for my grandson to finish school at Baylor University. Lezlie was referred to us by a long time agent and family friend from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. We lived out-of-town making communication and coordination important due to our limited availability and requirement to travel in town. On very short notice, Lezlie had several properties meeting our criteria and available for viewing. In just one trip, we were able to make a successful offer on a two bedroom two bath condo. Although condos aren?t necessarily her specialty, she ensured the whole process of purchasing the property went like clockwork, start to finish!
