Krista never responded to multiple messages until multiple months later. Krista only responded after she read a negative review I had posted multiple months before she reached out and only reached out to try and get the review removed or changed. I would not recommend Krista for the lack or responsiveness and lack of professionalism that I and my spouse experienced from Krista and her team.

Working with Josh of the Mashore group was a fantastic experience. We reached out to Josh over a year ahead of when we planned on putting our house on the market and he helped us create a punch list of things to do to make our house more appealing & marketable. This led to an offer of more than 33k dollars above asking price. His communication was excellent. He was not only very professional but very personable too, felt like we could have been friends for years. He was able to negotiate no repairs based on the inspection report. The staging and photography/video teams he used were very professional and willing to listen to some of our suggestions and requests. We have already recommended him to local friends who are looking to move.

Our journey with them began several years ago when we first put our house on the market, just as interest rates were starting to rise post-COVID. Although we got a great offer in less than 30 days, we unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, had to take the home off the market at that time.
